Always raided in person. After the remote raid change it's gone from 4 people raiding at my park with me to around 11 people daily. I think the change helped.

Regarding your Primal Kyogre, replace Hydro Pump with Origin Pulse, not Surf. Both in Raids and PvP Origin Pulse outclasses Hydro Pump. Where Surf can be useful in PvP and even in Raids.
