I hope if Nintendo is going to throw 2D Zelda in the dumpster for good, they at least get around to making us a Zelda Dungeon Maker in this same vein. I loved Super Mario Maker 2. This looks like a lot of fun.

Some random indie doing what Nintendon’t. The idea of a Zelda dungeon maker has been floating around since the first Mario Maker came out and Nintendo ignored it. Good for these guys making this great idea a reality!

Hopefully there are other skins or characters you can play as. This game looks really cool, beautiful and well made. Why then does the player character look like it doesn’t fit in? Maybe im the only one annoyed by how silly the character looks.

Really cute sprite work and obviously Zelda inspired. It seems like a pretty cool game, the only thing I’d be worried about is it’s longevity. Sure it’s a great game conceptually but it really only works with a pretty active community. I’m sure if it does well the devs will add more content to switch it up over time.

As Ive said with previews, it all comes down to the variety of objects and *if those objects can interact with each other* to give this game any longevity. Mario Maker succeeded with a niche audience because players found creative gimmicks for combining items and mechanics.
