If anyone is surprised by this, you probably need to look at the fool in the mirror. Niantic does not test code, the testers are the ones using their application in production (there are no other environments).

I’m amazed that after all the terrible treatment we’ve gotten in this game people blindly bought tickets to go fest with zero information. They’ve screwed up the past events, lied about details and came out saying it was an error. And now their tickets are bugged. This is the pre show of what’s to come for Go Fest. Which will be lag fest, and them yelling that 17k people showed up to their event without a ticket. I know it’s gonna be minimal effort put into this event when they’ve been focused on their Monster Hunter game.
Did they refund everyone that bought a 2nd ticket, or what? #Scam-iantic

im not trying to defend niantic, here is what i think is happening, they moved all their senior staff to the new project and have the junior in charge of pokemon go.
Imagine they are like whoops we meant to charge 25$ this year
it sad when a company can't do anything right, it ok to say they have a lot of stupid people working there and it starts at the top down. I caught them in lying to me about giving my remote back which they didn't.

To start things off, ( this goes to anyone who can relate to my story/ everyone as well)
I first started playing pokemon go when it first launched back in 2016 and went STRONG until 2020 in the height of the pandemic when I finally realized to myself what I was dealing with when it came to NINANTIC and this game. NINANTIC is not a stupid company as the so called mistakes they are doing are not mistakes; they are deliberate choices as they are YO-YO-ING they're clientele in the form of GAMBLING making promises and in game purchases to keep you HOOKED in a EVIL WAY psychically/mentally. NINANTIC knows what to dish out its just the matter of how they will do it when they want to do it because there customer base is so hooked that it's pure evil and because of that they know how to screw you guys out of lots of money. Because at the end of the day they know you won't leave them and hang on to there every word. This game goes far deeper then what you guys are putting into it and it's a very unhealthy addiction especially for the hardcore players like I was myself. I don't like NINANTIC mindset in this game and warn players, be careful with this because NINANTIC is just scamming you out of your money because if your not noticing there pattern to this craziness or keep allowing it to happen then they pretty much got you hooked. I realized the hard way and once I stopped playing it finally felt good and a great sense of freedom as this game is not ditacting my life anymore. And if this game doesn't drain you're bank account then it will rob you out of your personal life as NINANTIC wants you to be focused on them 24-7 as you will hang on to there every word. No lie just look at how people play this game with that same mindset As they play everyday checking in on the game all the time.
As for poke ak, even though I stopped playing I love your content as when it came to your content and still does you keep it 💯 REAL no matter what but please be careful with this game because once again this game is ruining the fan base as it is a gambling addiction wether you see that or not. Your a very cool guy as you're still keeping it strong after all these years but I just can't stand what this company is doing as they are using the one game/anime we all loved and turned it into a shit show of what it is now. Only true fans like us and many others this game is not meant to be this way as NINANTIC is only exploiting this game out of billions of dollars
