    >Possibility of a Zelda movie

I’d rather they didn’t. But it’d make money, so they probably will.

    But I’d rather they didn’t

Zelda movie been waiting for that for like 20 years now

  4. Starring Michael Cera as Link and James Earl Jones as Ganondorf.

Bro a Zelda movie is going to make over a billion dollars. It’s not “if” it’s when.

Cheating isn’t fun when the game just drops all restrictions. It’s no longer cheating then. They didn’t “reinvent Zelda,” they just disregarded what made it fun to begin with.

Scratch the movie idea. Put that money toward a Zelda game instead.

Between the darker tone, the fact that it’s a direct sequel using previous assets, and *lilypads,* i also appreciate the Majora’s Mask comparison.

  9. My smooth brain is having a hard time with this game lol – I feel so dumb getting stuck on the most simplest of puzzles.

“Cheating can be fun” – but not piracy, or leaking early game footage.

Yessssss, Mario Movie, Kirby movie, Zelda movie and then a Ness/Fox movie and finally a Super Smash Movie!!!

I only want a Zelda movie of Studio Ghibli made it

I still want a Zelda movie like that one April Fool’s trailer from over a decade ago.

NES games had this mentality– Zelda and Metroid made you blow up scenery and try to sneak past tough challenges. BotW felt like an NES game to me.

I legit skipped the whole front of the castle bit before Ganon– went in through the back. It felt so good.

When Tom Holland grew his hair out I was convinced it must be to play Link. Turns out it was very much not to play Link :(.

These interviews are nice but Im really hoping one asks about how Covid affected the game or how the wait was 6 years for this game. I really wanna know if they think it’s sustainable for Zelda games to take longer and longer to come out between each entry

Yup. Fascinating how many solutions each shrine has. That alone explains why this game took so long. Having multiple solutions to hundreds of different puzzles is absolutely insane to me.

Anything after twilight princess is an abomination.

that’s also what my ex-wife thinks probabrly

I can’t see a movie working in modern cinema. They’d make it all woke and make Zelda a girl.
