Wanted to post my own run as I was planning to do this solo for Gauntlet. For the few others who have 5/5 Marnie, here’s what you need for this clear:

– Reset until you get +2 Defense from Lucky Entry. I was also trying with +2 Evasion but the syncs and Sacred Swords hit too hard.
– You need a lot of luck to prevent Cobalion’s moves, either via flinches or paralysis procs, especially in Bars 2 and 3. I feel like I used up all my luck with those flinches in Bar 2, and even then, I still thought Bar 3 was really scary.
– Related to the above, you should make sure that your syncs skip the half-bars of both Bars 1 and 2 so that you preserve Lessen Paralysis 1, giving you not only the best chances to fish for paralysis procs, but also slowing down Cobalion’s gauge. (In the same way, you should clear Bar 2 before Cobalion syncs so that Sync Cure doesn’t proc.)
– A bit more minor compared to the above, but you should hope that MP Rekindle 2 is cooperative – there were several attempts that were ruined because I was taking too long to fish for that MP Rekindle proc. This goes the same for paralysis procs in Bars 2 and 3 – hope that you get them early.

I’d rank this around the same difficulty as the Entei clear, maybe slightly easier since this has the added element of paralysis helping you prevent moves, but both of them require really cooperative flinches off a 30% proc rate.

(Also shoutout to that +1 sync crit at Bar 1. No, you don’t make up for all the missed +3 sync crits that have ruined countless clears.)
