Help, not sure what to do with him



I’m fairly new and a bit confused, I was reading that he’s not a good fit for the great league but the stats seems to stink in the other leagues. Any advice is appreciated

    i would use it in little cup, where max cp is 500.

    thats good ivs for limited cp cups, but tyranitar is mainly used in master league. pupitar is ok in great league i think.
