    I just caught one of my grails last week (a shadow Hitmonchan for Ultra), then finally caught a (albeit awful) G Zapdos this morning. Let's see shadow Lileep raids! 😭

    I'm fine with shadow raids but I have some questions 1 are they going to be available for everyone or will it be like the ex raids 2 are we going to be able to use remote raid passes or are they going to be like the elite raids and only in person and local 3 how hard are they going to be to defeat will we be able to solo them or not because the only way I'm going to be doing them is if they can be soloed and we can do them remotely because where I live I'm on my own

    Funny thing is that I actually have managed to catch all 3 of the galarian birds, but I haven't been able to get a single hundo from my 71 lucky trades.

    You forget its harder to catch pokemon as a lower level and never registered legendary pokemon tend to run away and leave players with sadness that they wasted balls dropping, missing and it doing an animation

    What if… they will remove 100% guarantee for catching shiny legendaries in raids? It sounds reasonable – why to do such exceptions for free if you can somehow acquire master ball

    I'm glad that Niantic gave an explanation on how to use those Master Balls that's reassuring. I'm gonna use it on the first Galarian Articuno or Moltres I see (I already caught Zapdos)

    I use one of my galarian moltres' in ultra league gbl and its not that bad. Actually its pretty good. Its a tanky bird

    I have a 14/15/12 91% galarian zapdos. I powered it up to level 40, and gave it a best buddy ribbon. I use it to destroy grunts. And it can also be a decent raid attacker!!!!

    I've encountered 2 galarian birds this week. Both times on autocatch. Only realised when checking my journal. 😅 Not gonna waste my masterball on these anyway. More likely on a very useful 4* legendary (say Mewtwo, Lugia) if I don't catch it until last ball.

    Please continue to omit the credits from the end of your videos. I wish I could just watch them back to back but every time one ends I have to skip forward through the obnoxious credits to get to the next video.

    how do you make them appear? just sit on a train that does multiple stops every 2 minutes.

    I don't feel like I am necessarily "just lucky" – but I have all 3 Galarian birds by now – 2 Articuno, Moltres and Zapdos (just caught earlier this week). I just do the daily incense often, and depends on my mood whether I just ignore other spawns through it or not. I encountered the birds quite a few times without being able to catch – probably 8 Articuno, 6 or 7 Moltres, and maybe 4 or 5 Zapdos. In my case doesn't seem like too terrible of catch odds. Though encounter odds + catch odds leave it at a pretty low probability overall.

    Yes my go battle was messed up but I tweeted to Niantic support and they actually responded and fixed the issue in game for me. I got a catch a Pokémon. The reward was 25,000 stardust, 3 rare candy and a star piece so they did fix my problem. I will absolutely be doing these shadow raids all week and the shadow Mewtwo raids on Saturday and Sunday…the only problem I see is that weekend is Memorial Day weekend so not great timing again imo

    Whenever I switch up my route for daily incense or don’t use it for like 2-3 days I get a bird, not sure if it’s just luck but yeah

    Thing about the master ball is that in pogo, galarian birds aside, there is nothing you really need it for (if you're "good" at the game). It's just nice to have. So yeah the birds might eventually come to raids with the shiny release, but what else would you use it on?
