  1. Great news. It is legit a great film. I can’t understand how the critics got it so wrong.

I’m thinking most didn’t get or understand the constant, subtle Nintendo callbacks and Easter eggs. Aside from these it was fun and well-paced, with amazing colourful visuals.

Audiences love it at least. Can’t wait for the next one.

  2. Can we get a ban on these posts? It’s significantly more annoying and less interesting than the “ideas on a future Nintendo movie” post genre that got banned.

I don’t know how much movie tickets are affected by this but, with the constant increase in the cost of living, aren’t these targets, technically, increasingly easier to achieve?

Just saw it yesterday and it was eh. Had so much potential for allusions to their games to make it funny. Also wished it followed the paper mario stories and character dialogues bc it’s genius/hilarious.

Am I stupid? What’s the difference between international and worldwide?

I think this is objectively wrong. They’re suppressing the real numbers because they hate Nintendo. This movie is – without a doubt – the greatest, most successful and highest grossing movie of all time bar none. The people who wrote this are probably PlayStation or Xbox players.
