It’s not the largest, and it’s also not the largest you’ve found. The XXL or XXS tag will be golden for your personal record on each, but will be blue for all the others that aren’t as big or small. So at some point you got an even bigger Arbok than this one.
The maximum height any Pokemon can have is 1.5 times the size on the Pokedex entry, and the minimum is 0.5 times the average, while the weight can go from near zero to twice the average, so you can multiply the dex values and compare it to yours to see if it’s large/small enough.

Mine is 108.07 kg. But only 4.71 m
