This channel is where you come if you want ideas for:
Great League Teams
Ultra League Teams
Master League Teams
Pokemon Go announced their season 10: Rising Heroes. This coincides with the new season of GO Battle League. There are no move updates of consequence. Learn how to win go battle league and hit legend with this channel.
This week is master league and catch cup: rising heroes edition. Master League Open is level 50 (XL pokemon) and Legendary pokemon. Catch Cup is a 1500CP league and it is unclear when the pokemon need to be caught to build.
In this video I test Melmetal, Lugia, and Mamoswine. Melmetal is a sneaky strong pokemon with a nice movset for the master league meta. Superpower for all the steels, rock slide for all the flyers.

Loving this!
Great idea for a video. My melmetal caught during the event is a 98 with 14 attack, of course
Love this. Just hate the open Master League
This is a good perspective. You learn what questions to ask during situations. "Will this take me out? Can they farm down after I take this move? Can I farm down? Should I swap?" Keep it up. I'm watching.
I was 100 expecting that mewtwo to focus blast your melmetal at the beginning š
Too bad factions is ended.. my team is in platinum, we wpuldve battled each other tgis cycle
I've noticed in this current set of Master League battles that, with the season being almost over and a lot of people not having decent Catch Cup pokemon, you see all kinds of things you normally don't in Master League. It's actually a bit of fun.
Not sure about letting the sub win. If we ever get a match just play to win pls
Def. need to do more of these. I like the great league idea but maybe with a ELO grind team and maybe 2 sets. Perhaps use that team consistent in 1 of your 5 sets everyday.
Hi Dan, I appreciate the format a lot. The counting is useful.
Iām currently at ELO 2846, but still struggle with (recognising) situation where you first chip and then switch, ideally catching a move of course. I tend to stay in (when I can win lead) or leave directly.
Next, Iām keen to learn when you opt to invest a shield on the lead to maintain switch vs. Loose lead but have a shield advantage.
Third, your thought process on when to store a move on your lead PokƩmon and switch (vs. throw and switch) when they bring in their safe swap.
Perhaps you can cover this as you go. I will be watching in any case!
Love this format/commentary!
Phone recordings are a pain in post-production, but if you are able to get the footage to sync more accurately with your camera, that would be nice. It seems like it drifts out of sync as the video progresses.
its me chubs lol didn't know it was a live set! thanks for the game šš½ probably won't make it this season as I got down to 2700+
do you take submissions for faction battles?
Zacian goes down with ease with double iron bash takes two I havenāt decided with rock slide or superpower or thunderbolt
Lead lugia so itās A-B-B and use melmetal as safe swap
yo i was wondering if i should purify my 15/14/14 shadow metagross to use in master league? since regular metagross is ranked higher and it becomes a hundo. idk if its worth it
I think this will be a great series
I like these kinds of videos with narratives, explanations, what ifs, etc. about battles in Master League (ML). GBL is an RPS game even in ML. Itās understandable since you donāt have a lot of pkmn for this league so whatever you can post is worth watching. I always prefer to play ML anyways so more is better for me.
Why do you let the timer run down before you choose a pokemon? Switch timer?
Like it
love this type of video. keep 'em coming!
Wish I could compete in ML, but I didnāt get started soon enough, like in 2016.š
