Serious question. It’s my only shiny shadow Mewtwo and I don’t have any other good 3* shadow mewtwo. I do have a lucky shiny 15/12/15 Mewtwo already but this would be a shundo. What do y’all think?

It depends if you have another one then you would have a shundo for mega (of course you can get shiny when mega relases) if not leave it as is
Short answer: No
Long Answer: No, because Shadow Mewtwo is a top raid attacker and good in ML too, Shadow Pokemon are generally better than their non-shadow counterparts, at least in PVE (raids), as they have a 20% more damage output which is useful on a timer to defeat a raid boss Pokemon.
Besides your Shiny Lucky 15/12/15 doesn’t have a very high stat difference between it, and a 15/15/15 and as you said you don’t have any other good 3* shadow Mewtwo.
In the end; it’s up to your preference though.
