Unfezant actually ranks as a decent Flying-type attacker.
Even though Flying rarely is a top type when there are other options (like Fire against Grass), it can come in handy against Raid bosses that are double weak to it, like Virizion, Pheromosa or Buzzwole.
So powering it up and evolving it to use as a Raid attacker isn’t without making sense.
Also, due to being a 3-stage evolution line, Pidove is a likely CD-candidate, so if ever this happens, you’d already have a hundo to evolve.
All in all, there are far worse hundos that you could get compared to your Pidove.

turn it into a shiny with the new item in the shop. you need 200 candies to use it but it’s well worth it in my opinion.
