    I thought you had 9 days to collect the research? Friday 16 to Sunday 25?
    If it was 72 hours it’d be Friday 16 to Sunday 18, but I don’t see the 18th mentioned anywhere

    Certainly the day & night idea is kinda awful, it’s only night time currently in the UK from 9:17pm to 4:34 am.

    I highly recommend trading Cosmog from an alt account rather than supporting Niantic financially to get the second one. Even better if you have more guaranteed lucky trades left.

    I live in an area where we have midnight sun and so far the night time collector's challange seem to err.. Become a problem, with no night time in the game.

    Missed opportunity for Niantic to have Rockruff in this event and have the different evolution required based on your choice of day or night. I also just really want a shiny one…

    I don't like stacking research encounters. Stresses me out. I'm so afraid that I'd stack too many things & the shiny helioptile would disappear.

    In the UK……waited til 11pm for night spawns. Nothing. Have they forgot to switch them on or are they only around for a few hours at a ridiculous time for 99% of players? I'm not happy, I realllllly want to hunt shiny Lunatone! But not at 2am or something, c'mon Niantic!!

    Man, Niantic really did us dirty; people living up north, I have about a window in between 02:30/03:30 am to around 06:30 am to catch the night time pokemon, for the collection challange.

    And also guess they have never heard of the thing called «midnight sun». Its not fair that they make parts of the game litterally impossible to do for some players 🥺😩

    I was out today (Sunday, USA) I played for 6 hours straight except for a 1/2 hr. break for ice cream and a burger.
    Finished the #2 quest (catch 20, explore 10 km, Spin 15 pokestops)
    And only found 1 shiny and it was Fomantis !
    But the SHCC: Nighttime doesn't start till 2 hours after sunset so that's 10:30 pm ! that's crazy !
    So I have to get up at 5 am to start at 6 am to 8 am. have 2 hours to try to finish it.

    @zoëtwodots hi I’m just curious will the shiny mew + Celebi quest ever return to game ? I never got the chance to play those events and would love to catch them . If you have any knowledge on it please let me know 👍
