The hundo evolves to a little over 1600, so I couldn’t use it in GL. I don’t even know if it’s any good there anyway. I was pretty disappointed with how weak Altaria is overall.

I kinda like altaria in gl so if the shiny comes under the cp cap I’d say do that but it’s all up to personal preference dude
Depends what you care most about I suppose? If you like shiny’s go for the shiny, otherwise evolve hundo and use him in PVP?
Neither has stats that are good for PvP at all, so it comes to personal preference. The perfect would be a better mega Altaria, but the shiny would not be bad either. Altaria is not very strong in raids, but with the correct stats it’s one of the strongest PvP Pokemon.
