Guess I’m gonna fail this. Thanks for raising the price of remote passes Niantic, appreciate it…

  2. Nervous-Babbs

I too am in a rural location. It sucks that nothing is in walking distance.

  3. TreFKennedy

As someone who use to do 5 raids in 12 mins i overstand this #NianticHasCancelledTheRemoteRaidCommunity #NianticWagesWarAgainstTheRemoteRaidCommunity #RestoreTheRemoteRaidCommunity

  4. SpinelLovelyGarden

This is so real, especially for Rural players who are young and/or Can’t drive around yet, I slowly lost interest in Pokemon go because I couldn’t do much as a rural player who can’t drive around to battle in raids

  5. SmoothBrain0

I mean, you did choose the path that requires raids to complete. This is kinda on you.

  6. Icarus_Sky1

I don’t even live in a rural area and this happens to me. Sucks so much ass

  7. EliteFourHarmon

I have a screen full of incomplete quests, oldest was from a few years ago. All raid quest.

  8. Adexmariobro

The raids are only on the night path iirc

  9. Euphoric-Handle-6792

    There’s a simple solution to this🌝

  10. cobaltparasol

I’ve been having the same issue with “spin Pokéstops 7 days in a row.” Completely impossible for me in my current situation lmao.

  11. gnomewrangler1

Another poor attempt at selling their over priced remote raid passes.

  12. elspotto

The other path was hatch 5 eggs. Why did you not pick that if raids are an issue? I need to hatch 2 more and catch a mess of psychic types.

  13. luwiethexiii

Just knock out some one star raids, we get a free pass daily

  14. robbyreindeer

Lucky for you – I have to hatch 5 eggs

  15. Turkish_Boy70

Thankfully we have remote raid passes…is what I would say but you know how Niantic is

  16. Adventurous_Otter

Have you downloaded the PokeRaid app? I live VERY rural and it’s been a lifesaver getting my raid jobs done

  17. caps2018cup

Just solo one star raids. It doesn’t specify which raids you have to win. Ffs.

    Rural player or not.

I’m within walking distance of two gyms and nothing else within 40 miles and I can still do that completion within 12 hours

  18. You must pass gyms at some point whilst playing. The vast majority of tier 1/3 raids are easy to do solo with no real strategy.

  19. AccursedPixy

    I’m rural.

There are more than enough 1-3 Rhydon skull raids to complete that task. It doesn’t have to be the 5 Rhydon skull raids…..

If it did, that would be torture. I think I have only ever completed 2 5 Rhydon skull raids.

  20. CheesehSquidz

This is exactly why I chose daytime path.

  21. Hotsambatcho5401

I literally placed a painted rock my sister made on the corner by my apartment building and made it a stop so I can spin from my bed😅🤣

  22. jmledesma

This was the reason I picked the “Daytime” version of this research. Task is swapped for “hatch 5 eggs”.

  23. How rural do you people live? I’ve been to plenty of towns in the middle of nowhere in Nebraska and South Dakota that have populations of <500 with plenty of stops and gyms. I get it if there’s not one at your farmhouse a few miles from town but do you never drive into a town? And if it’s a higher star raid that you can’t solo, just invite randoms on pokegenie.

  24. Senior-Chain7348

Yeah, I chose this path and then my youngest kid got sick. With the rise in remote raid passes and only one gym within range of the house…. I’m at 0/5 raids after three days.

  25. AshKetchumsPringles

That’s £10 on remote raid passes, my friend. Sadly

  26. RapidCrocodile

r/pokemongoraids is your friend. I used these daily til I got my shiny Nihilego

  27. C-London

🤔 Where is the nearest church/chapel? How far are you in the countryside? How far is the Indy village stores (or the local Mom and Pops store where the local rural residents buy their groceries)?

When I spent time in Muker (which is in Yorkshire Dales and in the UK countryside) the only points of interest were a pub (The Farmers Arms), the church (Church of St Mary the Virgin) and The Village Store (where the residents bought their groceries). The Yorkshire Dales in the UK countryside are very rural.

  28. datguy_206

Niantic really forcing us into doing raids

  29. feverdreams619

i just noved to a town of 550 from san diego (3mil) and i have way more stops and gyms near me now 🥲 but the gyms sometimes dont flip for 4 days lol. four on my house, four on my work 😊

  30. WittyAnimePun

I dropped the game after the incense change, I live very rural and it used to be feasible to do most challenges and community days with incense. Fuckem.

  31. ApathyBlossom

I am unskilled and can’t get past doing 10 curveball throws in a row for mine. 😔

  32. Jesse_Prime2295

I started doing remote raids just for that lmao

  33. Jesse_Prime2295

I started doing remote raids just for that lmao

  34. Challenge: spend 20 dollars for 3 fucking silver berries

  35. AppropriateTheme5

I love that we’re now just putting John in the title to bypass the new rules. Also, I’m not even rural, but I can’t even do raids easily. No one in my area does them, and my game always crashes when I get people online to do them.

  36. Adventurous_Cut_2464

Get PokieGenie y’all! Best accompanying app ever!

  37. TheEffinChamps

    Pokegenie for raids . . . Alls I’m saying.
