To purify (UL) or not (GL) this shadow John Oliver ?

This is actually a decent set of IV for both leagues. Purifying will save you power up cost and candy, but you will lose your only shadow regirock. It should be a shadow raid boss eventually but it could be years. Or never.
So I would never purify since non shadow regi comes around at least once a year.
Regirock is more relevant in UL but I would power it up to below 1500 and give it a try before making the investment all the way to UL
