the people who keep playing the game at this point are the same as abused people making excuses for their spouses or people who have broken up and gotten back together 1324761 times already.
stop fucking complaining, we were supposed to delete the game and stay off until changes happened. you all left us in the dust. the game was never re-installed on our end, and you who are still playing keep complaining about small shit like this when Niantic has shown time and time again they just don’t care.

And then there’s me: turning off auto update to ensure I don’t have to update to remove the “bug”, then seeing I had a few apps to update, pressing “Update All” (after skimming through and seeing PoGo in that list, wondering what the update was for). FML lol

Tbh they fixed the spawn visibility bug on iOS. It’s been annoying the shit out of me the past month, having spawns disappear that are still in range just because I happen to be moving.

I obviously enjoyed the extra radius, but did anyone else have this happen: you open your app somewhere, get a bunch of spawns everywhere, leave a lot there, go to work or out somehwere, come back later, and have all the same pokemon in the same spot, but also NEW pokemon on top of them bc the old spawns didnt “leave” so u had twice as many spawns visible with doubles everywhere and had to tap the older spawns to get them to run away?

So when I’m sitting at home, nothing spawned across the street. But since the radius and then the “fix” I’m getting moms that spawn across the street from me like 40-50 m away. Never really happened till now. I am not defending Niantic just stating what I’m experiencing

I removed the app with the changes to raids awhile back. I’ve gotten targeted ads asking me to come back, opinion surveys asking how likely I am to come back, etc.
I saw the updated radius on my page and the community saying people should check it out because its one of the best improvements they’ve seen in the game recently. I was actually going to download again to see what the fuss was about.
I’m glad I dont need to now. Niantic is borderline abusive to the community. Game breaking bugs will last months/years or won’t be addressed at all, but they’ll patch a bug with a positive effect within days. This behavior is inexcusable and I encourage anyone who steps away from the game entirely.
