Incineroar, the Heel Pokémon, a Fire/Dark type and the Evolution of Torracat.
It has a violent, selfish disposition. If it’s not in the mood to listen, it will ignore its Trainer’s orders with complete nonchalance. After hurling ferocious punches and flinging furious kicks, it finishes opponents off by spewing fire from around its navel. Although it’s rough mannered and egotistical, it finds beating down unworthy opponents boring. It gets motivated for stronger opponents. When its fighting spirit is set alight, the flames around its waist become especially intense. It excels at violent, no-holds-barred battles. The temperature of the flames that issue from its navel exceeds 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit. Incineroar’s rough and aggressive behavior is its most notable trait, but the way it helps out small Pokémon shows that it has a kind side as well. While it tends to act like a bad guy, Incineroar is very happy internally when receiving the admiration of children or young Pokémon.

Pretty pissed with this already lol. I evolved both a sharpedo and incineroar like 10 minutes before this challenge showed up for me. Time to do it all over again

*edit: I had to complete the 1/4 for the dark flames timed research. Now I see it.
