The difference between 65 energy and 70 energy when your fast move gains 9 energy per dragon tail is minimal!
It will be 8 Dragon Tails for both to reach. The second one would be 7 tails for Hurricane and 8 for Ascent.
You would also need to bait Breaking Swipe twice for the Hurricane to be 7 more Dragon Tails, when the Ascent would be 8.
In every other scenario, you would reach Hurricane and Dragon Ascent at the same time

70 energy for 150 power is a little better than your average 150 power move that is usually 75-80 energy but not by much especially with a guranteed defense debuff

70 energy too much for rayquaza. It should be 60 because the move also has a debuf. This move should have a maximum of 65 energy.

I wish they just made it a close combat clone. You're basically getting a flying type focus blast with a defense drop. Probably woulda been too op though tbh
I definitely wanna see someone use the Weather Trio with their signature moves in the Master League.
