So excited for this! The developer Secret Base’s previous beat em up Streets of Red was one of my favourites on Switch, probably second only to Streets of Rage 4

“This is the beat-em-up Renaissance”
I mean the game looks fine but are they really trying to pretend the “beat-em-up renaissance” starts now and not, you know, three years ago?

I hope it’s good and so glad they used the OG soundtrack for the trailer. I hope the music is remixed but with the option to use the chip tunes too. Double dragon music is in a league it’s own.

We had something good with Double Dragon Neon, and then it seemed to have all gone to shit with Double Dragon.
Granted, it doesn’t look nearly as bad Double Dragon IV or Double Dragon II: Wonder of the Dragons. I feel my issue currently is while it’s great Beat ’em ups have been having great come backs, there’s so many now that I look at this trailer and would just sorta prefer to play TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge again instead.

Very excited for this. I hope it plays smooth. I love me some unlockable characters
