Here I thought they were actually doing something nice for a change. I went on more walks with expanded radius. It was honestly super fun. Got a shiny seedot I normally wouldn't have gotten. Beyond frustrating and disappointing

I know niantic makes stupid decisions like this but im still gonna play the game, paying money for the events and getting my shinies and pokemon i love. It sucks but i know deep down and it scares me this games is gonna die off and shut down one day and im gonna loose everything bc of all this they’re doing to the community. I really hope they just keep this expanded radius but its most likely not. Niantic will be niantic.
They were so quick to release the update to remove it to. Wtf. But so many issues are yet to be fixed.
This is definitely Stockholm syndrome, and we're accepting of Niantic because we really love Pokémon.

Niantic used to have such great integrity when the game started as they felt grateful that it was such a success – but now that it’s been so many years and they’ve seen just how much money they can make, they switched from those good intention’s and a love for making quality games to becoming controlled by their own corporate greed and simply pretending that they care about player feedback; we’re now just cash cows to them.
I've been watching all day what these stacked pokemon are doing…I dont think this game is G-rated anymore. There is some serious buggery going on and i think we should all screen record and complain that this game is showing images of naughty debauchery! Yanma keeps raping my poor yungoos.
Also, Im short on balls for catching (rescuing) because every time i spon a stop or open a gift lately, I get potions or berries and very few balls.
This is way worse treatment of pokemon than even the tortured shadows, imo.

There is absolutely no problem with hiring diversity. In fact theres clear evidence to say it improves a product. Something is happening here between product dev and stakeholders. Its painful to watch, because its like this at some companies.
Steranka is awful, truly awful. All he does is give non-answers, bullshit PR speech, gaslighting and straight up lies. I've been looking at his interviews for a while and I tried and wanted to believe in the man, but he is NOT acting in good faith. He is a liar and gaslighter who only wants personal benefit and his way.

They game feels SO alive when Pokémon appear more than 2 inches from your trainer. And yet….that’s taking from the experience. Based on a game and show where they appear as far as the eye can see. Right.
