I used a masterball to catch a 0 star
Get used to it. I had 5 of them (3 Zapdos, 1 Articuno, 1 Moltres) run away from me before I caught a 0* Articuno with a masterball.
That’s the neat part, you don’t!
I’m currently telling myself that if I could even just ENCOUNTER one, I’d be okay with it running
Solace in the the fact that everyone has the same issue
By knowing they will most likely eventually put something new to make daily incense appealing and these will be in raids.
Also by knowing literally hundreds of others have made this post and share in your pain.

Welcome to the disappointment. Lol. I don’t even try with these anymore. They get the quick catch treatment just like everyone else. Maybe one day I’ll be pleasantly surprised to see them on my share screen once the incense is extinguished. Otherwise, I’m wholly exhausted with getting my hopes up over these galarian birds. Listen to this, I have seen over 15 birds and failed all of them until I used the master ball. You will get used to it my man

Your catch odds are in the single digits. Low single digits without platinum medals in the respective types. Shrug it off, it’s no biggie. You’ll see many of these, and they will all run away until one doesn’t.
Literally the same thing I’ve seen Zapdos twice but it always runs away even with a great curveball master ball 😭
Just think about how climate change is gonna end us all. Or valley fever is real and spreading. Perhaps the fact that we’re running out of drinkable water too. Hahaha. But really sad at the same time 😔
