Not really, no. If you grind the leaders semi-regularly, you can usually complete the set. Last rotation I got two Larvitar, a Murkrow and a Teddiursa. So far this rotation I’ve only gotten the Aerodactyl so far.
I imagine you could get more if you bought radars in the store.
