Given how this one runs versus PFX3, I am guessing this is going to be a 30 fps game, instead of targeting 60 fps like PFX3.

I was once a fan, going all the way back to the XBox 360 version. Back then, the game was free and came with several outstanding tables.
The purpose was to entice you to buy other boards, which I did. I bought a board which became my all time favorite to play: Ms Splosion Man.
Not only did I lose this board over a console generation, but the company behind Pinball FX turned massively greedy.
The increase prices for additional boards has gone up. Many well over 100%. The free tables which once came with it now cost $9.99.
This is the company doing a hard reset.
**EXISTING BOARDS, REGARDLESS OF VERSION YOU MAY HAVE, WILL NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH THIS VERSION. YOU MUST REPURCHASE EVERY BOARD**.
If you’re new to Pinball FX, my advice is to stay the hell away from this company (as well as the Williams game which has an identical purchase model).
May Pinball FX rot in hell where it belongs and the studio behind it burn along with it.
