Pasio Special Stadium, but I follow the opponent’s region (Ice-weak rotation) [Pokemon Masters EX]

If the title doesn’t make any sense, basically I can only use Hoenn units against the Drake battle, Galar units against the Marnie battle, and so on. Pasio Special Stadium lets me use more than one region with this theme which is why I wanted to try it out here.

Definitely the most annoying clear here. Having to deal with three turns of sand and the threat of super-effective moves meant I had to rely on staggers, which the Hoenn pool doesn’t have a lot of. Good thing Tate pulled through, and his flinches gave Steven enough room to finish the job.

Tried to make a Blizzard build work for Professor Oak but it wasn’t doing enough damage, so I went with ol’ reliable stall since Kanto has a lot of units that can help in this regard. While SS Leaf would’ve been great, I went with BP Erika so I could have both poison and trap.

If I was posting daily like I did before, I would probably want to use SS Silver in every video, and I would be so proud of thinking of a theme for this event that would still let me use him hahaha. He gets help with buffs from Bugsy and debuffs from Pryce.

Gauge was a big issue for this comp but I wanted to make it work haha. I don’t get a lot of chances to use SS Hilbert since I only have him at 1/5, but I think he’s a really fun unit.

Of course I was gonna go with the mirror match haha. Anni Raihan’s debuffs were really helpful here while Sonia was the tank for easier gauge management. That flinch in the end was really lucky, but unless the opponent’s own Fiery Wrath flinched I would’ve still had it.
