Evolve it and if you have the time go to your most pokestop-dense area in hopes to get venusaur mega energy field researches so you can have the best mega Venusaur possible

2. Power him up a little and use him for Great League
3. Evolve into badass tank Venusaur

Well, id wait for an event with frenzy plant (its community day move) to evolve.. otherwise use an elite tm. Then max it out, double move it, best buddy it, and use it every day.
