Ralts might be decent, but it’s relatively common so I’d wait for a better one to invest into. That Duskull is just bad.
If you’re level 31+ the best option would be to purify, and then transfer to get a high chance to get an XL candy. Higher level Pokemon have better odds to give XLs.
