I get that the Ys series has survived by making games at a lower cost and selling them cheaper, but they didn’t need to cut water, skies and mouth movements to get it to run on the Switch.

Don’t feel like Ys videos do the games justice. Was never interested in these games until I got bored one day and decided to play VIII on Switch. 100%ed it and IX and rank them up near the top of Switch RPGs. Looking forward to X. They’re not fancy, but they’re solid, fun, and have a lot of good ideas/gameplay.

Don’t feel like Ys videos do the games justice.
