It’s just because of the sheer variety of pokemon now, there’s around 800 if I’m not mistaken. The rare ones are hatched from eggs or caught in field research these days (and a couple are even behind a paywall).
Yeah, been a while since we’ve been getting a bunch of fully evolved pokémons. During this past even there were a lot of Dragonites spawning, made it feel like good old days!
Cuz we all have plenty of powered up versions and still have hundreds or thousands of candy for them so they’re not rare anymore 😁
