You can silence the Pikachu while catching through the menu, but to silence the Pikachu for sleep tracking you hold the top button and main button until it vibrates twice. Do that again and you turn it on when it vibrates once.
This thing is trash. Duomon is 10x better.

Smh my brothers go plus caught when I sneaked into his room when he was sleeping and slapped him 😅🤦🏽♂️ he came to me this morning like “did you come into my room last night and slap me because my go plus captured a slap sound” 😂
Went to sleep around midnight last night and woke up at 8 this morning but it says I only slept 2 hours. How does it track sleep exactly?
Try switching the time that you get your rewards every hour after you get your first reward like you set the reward time for 3 p.m., get the rewards, switch it to 4 p.m. and then do that until you complete that research
wait till you see page 2 where you have to track sleep for 35 days
So tracking our whereabouts at all times for the past 7 years wasn’t enough. They need to track our sleep now too 🤔
You would have to give your plus + to the second person for a month page 2 is supposed to be track sleep for 28 days.
