Pokemon Go

Guys, it finally happened…

My Rayquaza came back to its origins!

Context: Chichén Itzá is the temple for the feathered snake Kukulcán, which is partly the inspiration for Rayquaza’s design.

How many goats did you sacrifice

  2. I’ve never made that connection, but it especially makes sense now noticing that the Fiore Temple in Pokémon Ranger is clearly designed off the same structure, and is also where you capture Rayquaza in that game.

  3. Se subió por las escaleras! Hay que madrearlo!!!

    >*The katun is established at Chichen Itza. The settlement of the Itza shall take place there. The quetzal shall come, the green bird shall come. Ah Kantenal shall come. It is the word of God. The Itza shall come. – The books of Chilam Bilam*

Seriously I thought Rayquaza was Jörmungard the world serpent killed by Thor.
