Im sure you can get these easily during the next “pvp research”. I see lots of people just loading 3x 10 cp pokemon just to “battle”.

Find a 2nd phone or friend with an account. Borrow it for a little, battle them consistently, where your phone uses good pokemon while the other uses 10 cp pokemon.

I hear ya. I need 10 more wins in Ultra League and I’ll finally have that done. I play solo and nobody I know plays, so I have to get my wins in GBL.
Literally, the least fun part of the game for me, and I needed to get 90 wins. Ugh.

Just tank pvp with a team of 10cp Pokémon, once you’re at the bottom of the battle rating you will win matches by defaults, free rewards and dust and you will complete this challenge without the headache of playing the terribly designed GBL

It’s strategy though! I always pick pokemon with fast loading charge attacks and I seem to do better with those. I also always chose a well rounded team

I get that some people don’t play pvp, but really lol? Just find a friend to battle and you can knock these out pretty quick. I’m stuck on purifying shadows though, because I tend to just immediately transfer them if the IVs are terrible, because I typically have several already, so I guess we all play differently.
