So my buddy here spawned in the overworld and for some reason I was able to catch it? Then it turned into a Zorua. Is that an interaction that Zorua can even have with your buddy? I have never seen this before.

Zorua always spawns as whatever your buddy pokémon is. The giveaway is it’ll be shiny or have best buddy ribbons etc in the overworld
