I’d say yes. Finding a zero by itself, rare. Having it be a Pokémon that can only be found 1 or 2 times a day, that much rarer.

Why is everyone obsessed with asking “iS tHiS rArE??”. Every single Pokémon that you have in your account someone else somewhere has in their account too. If fewer people have what you have how does that change what you have or impact your game play? It doesn’t. Focus on your own catches instead of what every other player has.
