Encountered all three Galarian forms of the legendary birds with a single incense but couldn’t catch any of them

Just started playing Pokémon Go again after last playing in 2016. I have no golden razz berries, and I’m not good at throwing the pokéball consistently well. So I KNEW I was screwed as soon as I saw Galarian Moltres. And then of course I encountered the other two birds shortly after. The most exhilarating and frustrating 15 minutes!!!! 🥴
