If you can, if there are enough stops, make one near cantarra just south of northeast metropolitan park). Back in 2016 when the game came out I was a delivery driver in that area. That place was probably the busiest for pokemon during that time. I’m sure the kids out there would appreciate it.
Edit: I was actually thinking of killingsworth which backs up to the park which explains why it was so busy back then.

Here’s my experience with submitting routes.
*Late May-ish*: happen to stumble upon a feature to make routes. Ignore. Sounds like another scheme to get location data. No one else seems to have it. No announcement in the app. No explanation.
*June 6*: Eventually decide I’m curious enough that I create a route based on my morning walk to the coffee shop. At the coffee shop, notice that it’s making me create a name and description and submit it for approval. The first sign there’s anything public about routes. For some reason, it won’t let me cancel (or I can’t figure out how) so I give it a nonsense name hoping it will just get rejected. After all, this route doesn’t mean anything to anyone else, it’s just my occasional morning walk for breakfast. I thought it would just give me extra stardust for walking “my route” or whatever.
*Last week*: Get research saying I need to walk a route to get Zygarde. I might as well start making more routes since none of my friends have the ability to do it…and there are no routes around me. I trace a few routes in areas where I know people play Pokemon Go a lot, thinking “I don’t know how all of this works, but I feel like these are good spots.”
*Current status:*
* **Downtown route rejected**: Probably in favor of another route that starts and ends at the part of the street where no one really parks or lives. I live at the other end, so I have to go clear to the other end, walk the *almost* loop (starts at one pokestop and ends at a pokestop across the street)…and then walk home across the same area. It also takes a particular route that is actually impossible to drive since it turns left at an intersection where it’s illegal to turn left. At least there’s a route.
* **All 3 cemetery routes rejected:** Surprising since it’s totally public and there are tons of pokestops and gyms there. Tons of people go walking in this cemetery just like any park. And I was really proud of my 3 different lengths of routes around different parts of the cemetery to give people options. Maybe it was rejected for the same reason as my other one–they just picked someone else’s…but so far I’m not seeing a route there at all.
* **Another park route still “Under Review”:** This is a simple one just walking around the perimeter of a park that is a block. Hopefully it’ll be accepted, but I’m not super hopeful since toward the end, the GPS glitched and made the path cross the street, so it doesn’t look very good. At that point I was too exhausted to re-do it.
* **Other route still “Under Review”**: The last route I have under review is called “Hfi KB bhjj” with the description “Bcubgingg”. It’s my original route from June 6th and apparently they’re still debating if it’s a good route or not.

how do you submit routes? I 101% would NEVER create one in the parking lot at my job that’s gated off and has security guards in a booth
