Good for you, you set up a way to play that benefitted your play style more than the Go plus plus. You can’t say that it’s better for average players. You literally have no life- all you do is play Pokémon GO.

You can change it in the settings so it remembers what the last poke ball you used so you don’t have to select the ultra ball every time

It is good to see the comparison with the number of Pokémon caught, but for those wanting to determine which option is better, I believe it should absolutely not be understated just how comfortable your partner is. She isn’t winded, tired, or really showing any signs of fatigue, yet caught a lot of Pokémon. At the same time, Brandon looks like he just finished a light/moderate workout. That is just a roughly 30 minute experiment. I would like to see the difference at the end of an 8-hour or even three hour catch day. Brandon is clearly fast, but the Plus + is less efficient and effortless.
