    Currently they’re testing “Routes”

But not for 1-3* raids… Which defeats the purpose.

About time. I randomly decided to do an approximately 1,700cp Jigglypuff yesterday. Was very much a waste of time waiting for someone to join, not that I thought anyone would. I certainly wasn’t sending raid requests for something that minor. Turned out to be my 150th different species of Pokemon defeated in a raid though, so I guess it was kinda worth it.

Between this and them now allowing you to send friend invites to people in the raid lobby, Niantic is doing that thing they never seem to remember to do: incentivizing one type of gameplay instead of punishing another. They’re creating an incentive for people to wait for others to join the raid, but allowing for people to skip past that and begin the raid ASAP if they’d prefer.

    Rare Niantic W

If the “world wide launch” of Routes is anything to go by, it will be working only in San Francisco, Singapore and Taiwan.

When are they going to test “feed 3 berries” to your buddy?

Routes have started working at last so maybe things are getting better 🤷🏻‍♂️ I still want lower RR pass prices.

Will this also allow for longer time than 120 seconds? A lot of times when i remote host raids people don’t join and it would be nice to have the option to remove the timer so it’s not so stressful to decide whether or not to abandon the attempt.
