I got stupidly lucky with this run, for a better run you want a TM MPR so your Sync Damage is actually decent after Regi Syncs on Bar 2. EVading Regirock’s big attacks is critical. Why don't you use max move of flying type. It makes your run so much easier with Sync Quick move Count Down
