Certain pokemon always have crappy IV’s when I catch them. It’s weird. Took me so long to find a 3 star bidoof but I almost dont catch mudkips or bulbas that aren’t 3 star.
Gible is one such pokemon. The Tirtougas and Cranidos I found during this event were almost universally terrible.
I can already tell Gible is going to be one of those pokemon where I have 200 candy before I find one worth evolving.
