Don’t purify, don’t invest, just keep the latias as a trophy cuz you’ll probably never find another shadow one
As for the Charizard finding a better one (14/14/10) in the wild is highly possible, plus it needs an elite tm (blast burn) to be useful, however reshiram with fusion flare is not only better but cheaper (aside from rare candies)
While the Charizard not only needs an elite tm It needs 200kish dust to be useful, so ask yourself? is 200k dust and 200 or so candies worth it for something “not the best”
if your answer is yes then teach it blast burn and power it up
