    Game lag spawns, iirc. Going into settings and hitting refresh game data should fix it

    they are supposed to be Pokémon spawns but I guess you might have had connection issues or just a glitchy game, happens all the time to me too

    I had the same this morning – turned out to be pokemon that hadn’t spawned properly. When I restarted the game it fixed it.

    A new glitch that was added in a recent update. They are spawns but now you have to restart app to get them appear when this happens.

    Should note you might have gotten one spawn like this on incense but this where all spawns are like this when loading the app never happened before

    ok ok those are just unloaded Pokemon as far as I know. similar thing has happened to me and clicking it would do nothing until the Pokemon has loaded
