Every so often during the day when I open and load the game this pops up and I have to click retry between 1 to 3 times before I log in. Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a fix?

I usually only get this because I use a VPN and I forget to turn it off.

Mine does that when I am on the edge of a known Wi-if and try to start the game. I can leave if the game is already started or go further away then start
Sometimes i turn off my wifi while starting the game, because with mobile internet i can reach the gym from my bed. Then this happens. I have to turn it off before or after the loading screen

I signed in with a different log in (I originally use Apple to sign in but I used google instead and haven’t had the problem)
Yup, although not daily… Usually once every couple weeks. I have to re-enter my ID and password in order to get back on.

Just got this now after i was glitching out of raids. Niantic support just gave an autoreply last time i tried to complain about lost eggs and raid passes (and my fucking time), they really don’t give a damn.
Yes, it started happening multiple times everyday and I solved it by logging out, force closing the app, and then opened it and logged back in again. Haven’t had issues since.
Wild wifi might also block Pogo as spam. I can’t sign in on my work wifi. But as soon as I go to data it’s fine.
Maybe That daily but yes quite a lot more than we should sometimes will go through times worse worse than others.
It happens often
It could be due to the sign in option. I find it useful to have more than one sign in options to switch between. The first Squirtle’s Community Day has that problem with the Trainer Club accounts.

It’s a service issue not a game issue.

If it’s a PTC account then yes, this happens a lot. Link it to Gmail or Facebook and it will fix it.

Are you using the sign in via Niantic login or email?
