Had this a while but it’s my only 4 star😭😭😭 how rare are they really? I have like 14 shiny only 1 four star and I’ve been playing for very long

   This one’s rare considering it has the flowers. This guy could be also used in ultra league.

   4* are pretty rare (about 1 in 4096 pkmn are) and with it being an event shiny this is rarer than my account as a whole
