No! Dratini candies are not very easy to find, also, there is a very good chance that you will regret to invest in this pokemon as soon as you get a better one.

I wouldn’t. If you are able to play during the event this weekend, there will be plenty of Dratini in the wild and you will most certainly find a better one to invest in.

Dratini is coming very soon with double candy so I would suggest you find a dratini with better IV stats and evolve it instead of investing in this one.
But it’s your choice! And if you really love this one then feel free to invest in it!
