Is this Mamoswine worth powering up even though it has frustration?



I’m wondering if he is worth powering up for Mega Rayquaza in Global GO Fest even though he has frustration, because I have other great ice types that could use the power ups.

    You’d have to unlock the second move slot by paying 50 candy and 50k stardust. That’s a lot for a Pokemon that doesn’t even need a second charged move.

    Any Pokemon that still has Frustration is basically useless until it’s removed, so despite being the best Ice type in the game it will do no damage at all with Frustration.

    So it would be better to just use other Pokemon and remove Frustration next Rocket Takeover.
