Me. It’s me. Level 32, no idea about raiding. I’m still focused on holding gyms daily and sending gifts to a large amount of friends for xp. I catch every pokemon I can, check IVs, then delete due to no space. I figured if I was going to use my daily raid pass, I might as well go to a crowded park and see what’s happening. Walked up just as a group was starting a raid, joined when there were 11 waiting, it instantly went to lobby full, raid starting. I’m literally in there with a starter level army. It didn’t matter, it was defeated quickly. So now I’m super worried about catching it. Yep. First ball. Shiny XL, two star. I stuck it right in the showcase there, and ended in first place with more than 50 others in there. Sure, I’d rather have higher IVs than it being XL, but I’ll take it for my first try.
