I personally have had way better luck spinning gyms instead of stops for eggs. It’s really been confirmation bias but gyms give me 2&5km and stops keep giving me 10km so I won’t switch

How do you even get the 5 and 10 ones in the bonus space? Isn’t that extra space where the 12 km ones goes (if you already have 9 eggs)?

I hate getting 10k eggs. Eggs in general rarely yield anything good so I’d rather have the smaller ones to hatch a bunch.

Honestly I think this is niantics way of making you buy super incubators especially rn with the master ball research. they give you the longest eggs with a timed challenge they wanna push you into a corner

Niantic wants everyone to spend money on incubators to get the egg hatching for masterball research so they put 10kms more frequently than 2km. It’s just my theory, but since the masterball research started, I have only gotten 10km from stops

Atleast 10km’s have ok stuff, I hate 5km’s so I always hatch them first when I get them, nowadays I hoard the 2km’s in case there comes an event with good eggs.

remember when you could get a box of like 30 incubators for like 1000 coins? yeah… now you pay 500-700 coins for a box of three incubators and five pokeballs.

It’s all in the same vein as changing spin rewards/gift rewards to increase or decrease potions and balls during events. Go Fest saw an almost total removal of hyper potions from gifts, stops, and raid rewards right when we were needing more because of the increased good raids. As soon as it was over, I immediately began getting 10 hyper potions per raid again.

I don’t really mind higher egg distances. It helps me get one done on my long runs instead of having to replace a 2k every, well, 2k.
