Should I purify my shadow regisrock or keep it as a shadow?


I dont know much about shadow vs purified pokemon but ive heard some people say that regisrock registeel etc are better to purify as they’re more tanky pokemon and so the 20% buff to damage dealt isnt good when considering the drawback of 20% damage recieved. Is this true for those types of pokemon or is it always better to keep it as shadow?

    I purified mine, went from a 0ne star to two with better stats.

    a 0/0/0 Shadow Pokémon will outperform a 15/15/15 regular Pokémon of the same species at the same level if they have the same moves.
