Imagine MK9 on that new nintendo hardware, it is going to be hard to topple mk8, the developers must be 200% focused on doing it right because it is THE system seller, you cannot mess it up

I’m fine with this. Didn’t like your when it came out, it was very predatory. I don’t know how it changed after but by that point I had already deleted it, so I don’t care.
Good, I absolutely hate this game and it’s disgusting predatory microtransactions. Even Mario is locked behind a paywall, good riddance.
That’s a shame we didn’t get any South American or African city tracks

I was wondering how they’d handle new voices lines for Mario and co. considering Charles Martinet is stepping away. I guess this is one way to get around that.

I enjoyed the game for a year…but started to feel bad when I would miss out on special characters…and then I realized that was a dumb feeling to have and just quit altogether!
Important to note this does not mean Mario Kart Tour is going offline. It’s just going to reuse old content for its Tours going forward. But I’m sure it will start to dwindle and eventually go down, who knows how long that will be.
Good to know that it seems like all the unique courses have been preserved in MK8D. I was wondering how it would go after the final DLC pack coming up. I think this also makes it clear that MK8D won’t have a Booster Pack 2 – unless it’s all retro courses leftover from Tour.
This also indicates to me that the team is switching gears to the next Mario Kart.
Now add all of Tour’s karts and characters to 8DX.
Thank god. Kill this app already before it infects the main series even more
